Types of Plans Offered
You can choose from a variety of need-based maintenance plans tailored to the size and complexity of your communications systems.

  • Basic: coverage Monday through Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
  • Standard: coverage Monday through Sunday / 24 hours x 365 days per year
  • Premium: coverage planned for special needs

Range of Services

  • Routine maintenance scheduled at regular intervals (including backup media, cleaning filters, and inspecting the overall operation of your system)
  • Preventive maintenance/system cleaning
  • Emergency response on major outages
  • System monitoring and problem escalation to systems manufacturer when required (with CSM taking ownership for managing its resolution)
  • Spares provisioning (i.e. “Crash Kits” – critical components inventory)
