CSM, Inc. is seeking an aggressive Account Representative to generate sales of IP Telephony & traditional telecommunication systems, wireless, Internet Security, and other leading edge products and services in the emerging converged communications market. Responsibilities include:
- Uncover new opportunities
- Define customer needs and explain product solutions
- Maintain a robust pipeline of business while closing potential sales
- Lead the bid process, pricing, proposals, and customer presentations
- Prepare sales forecasts, sales activity reports and account penetration plans
- Team with Operations to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
CSM, Inc. offers a lucrative commission plan that includes a monthly draw - and no cap on commissions - which means your earnings potential is unlimited. Over-achievers will be rewarded!

Requirements:
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
3+ years experience in direct B2B sales with proven sales results
- Excellent ability to successfully prospect, conduct sales calls, and close orders
- Able to build and manage customer relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good Microsoft Office computer skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems is preferred, not required
